The level of contact about the order I placed was great and reassuring. I got the item fairly quickly and it was delivered safely. What I appreciated in particular was the ability to order a battery specifically for my model of MP3 player (iRiver) rather than having to risk buying one suitable for a "2nd or 3rd generation iPOD". I did not want to take the risk it would not fit/ be compatible.

Bought 1700mA battery for iRiver H320 (CS-H110SL), which was delivered a fortnight later. Long? No, several hours after order, I was informed that battery is in stock in Hongkong and will be delivered from there. Longer delivery time was expected and is o.k. - As for battery change: no problems at all with the help of the video tutorial on the webpage. 10 min changing time plus charging over night results in a perfectly running H320 with some 20 hours (!!!) playing time! SUPERB!

The replacement of the battery went well and the device performs much better with the new battery. For the battery replacement of my iRiver HD340 I did however successfully inquire on You Tube for replacement instructions. As the device cover is not easily removed, other battery replacement offers, come with a simple tool. I used a steel ruler which worked just as well. Battery replacement of this device requires good electro-mechanical skills (which I have as a senior engineer) and are not for the faint hearted.
