About the product:: The company states that the order will be delivered within 5 business days. For me however it took 10 business days. I'm not complaining -- this is FYI. The 5 days' delivery time is probably to Europe or America; my shipping address was in Asia. This battery has a lower lifespan than the built-in PalmTX battery. Again this is not a complaint. That fact is clearly stated in the product description. I bought this battery because it is more reliable than the high-capacity version. The battery performs as expected and appears free of defects.
