General:: I had a very good overview on the website, it was easy to follow the steps required. The only point would be for me the delivery time. The website mentions in average 1 week, but in my case it was longer. I think it would be better to mention maybe 2 weeks as average delivery time. This sets the customer expectation and if the product is delivered earlier, it's better service, if it takes longer it's nearer to the realistic expectations. However I know postal service is outside your influence, but just to set another customer expectation.
