For buying replacement lithium batteries for laptops/notebooks,the website search engine offered several options from which I chose 1. When it arrived, it WAS the correct ordered model but did not fit my device at all. Unfortunately it is now not possible to post lithium batteries out of NZ due to safety regulations, and it was really difficult to work out a good solution, I was ready to just ditch the whole exercise. BatteryUpgrade's team, however, were incredibly patient and helpful and generous despite me not being able to actually return the product for an exchange, and I ended up with the correct one after all,I am very grateful.

Once the correct battery arrived, absolutely no problem. Shipping is prompt, especially considering the company and despatch are overseas (not in NZ).
Compatable with my notebook computer. Installed quickly. Instructions included are very helpful. I did not know the methods to discharge and recharge to optimize the life and performance of the battery.
