A very serious company, efficient and reliable service. This is the second time I ordered a product with them and I am really satisfied. The first time, delivery was not as fast as I would have expected, but this time it was really fast (considering the distance from China to Europe). Used battery Upgrade for several batteries over the years and always found their service excellent. The last battery failed straight out of the box and found their customer support was superb. Replaced with a good product immediately with no arguments and no cost to me. The will get all my battery purchases in future and recommend them strongly to anyone who might worry about buying a product online from the the other end of the globe.
