General:: Very good, reliable service. The battery was packed securely and arrived in good condition. The only slight problem was that I had no idea when to expect the courier and I was out, and the package was taken back to the depot, where I collected it the next day.
About the product:: The correct item was shipped (a mobile phone battery) and my phone now works well.
