I was not expecting such a large sized battery but after I used it for the first time and saw how long it lasted I no longer mind the new thickness and weight of the phone.
In general I'm quite pleased. You communicate very well with your customers.
About the product:
The product wasn't just what I thought. I knew the power battery for my Samsung Galaxy S is a little bit thicker and makes my phone a little bit thicker, but the difference compared to original was larger than I thought. IIRC there was no exact product image for this battery in your website at the time I made my order. However, the battery life for the device is now much better than before.
