About the product:
We have problems with the battery ordered by the order no. 54753623. The battery seams to mulfunction (it's empty). We can not charge it. The device which should use the battery works OK with a similar one, and if we use the delivered one with the device which has it's own battery of the syme tipe, it doesn't work at all. Could You please instruct us what to do, and how to obtain a new battery within a warranty period. (what about the RMA number). Thank's for Your time.

Speedy response to my order and extremely competitive price. A very easy ordering experience and the battery I wanted was easy to find on the website thanks to a very good search tool.
About the product:
Whilst not an original manufacturer's labelled part, I suspect it was, probably made by the same factory that supplies the original manufacturer of my printer. It certainly works fine and was, approximately half the price quoted on the manufacturer's website. Although I have seen the OEM battery advertised cheaper than that quoted by the maufacturer it was nowhere near as affordable as this one.
