Very efficient service. The device I needed the battery for was getting rather old and I had little confidence of being able to obtain a replacement rechargeable. The battery was sourced from overseas and even though most freight was disrupted as a result of COVID-19 I was more than satisfied of the short supply time frame at this time. I will definitely source future battery needs thru Battery Up Grade Co
