Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years of age, unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. We encourage parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information about a minor without this permission, please contact us at helpdesk, and we will delete this information.

How long do we store personal data

BraunOni B.V. does not store your personal data any longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. We use the following retention periods for the following (categories) of personal data:

Sharing personal data with third parties

BraunOni B.V. shares your personal data with various third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the agreement (such as carriers) and to comply with legal obligations (tax authorities). To ensure an equivalent level of security and confidentiality of your data, we conclude a Data Processing Agreement with companies that process your data at our behest. BraunOni B.V. remains liable for these processing operations. BraunOni B.V. also provides your personal data to other third parties. We only do this with your express permission.

Use of Cookies

We use cookies on many of our pages in order to enhance the attractiveness of our website and to enable the proper utilisation of certain functions. View, correct, or remove data

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. This means that you may submit a request to us to send any personal information we have of you in a computer file to you or to another organisation specified by you.

In addition, you can send a request for inspection, correction, removal, or transfer of your personal data, a request for withdrawal of your consent, or an objection to the processing of your personal data to helpdesk

To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Social Security Number. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but at the latest within four weeks.

BraunOni B.V. would also like to point out that you have the opportunity to file a complaint with your national supervisory authority or the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
