How long do we store personal data

We store your email address so we can process any warranty cases. If you have subscribed to our newsletter, we will retain your email address until you withdraw your consent.

Sharing personal data with third parties
BraunOni B.V. shares your personal data with various third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the agreement (such as carriers) and to comply with legal obligations (tax authorities). To ensure an equivalent level of security and confidentiality of your data, we conclude a Data Processing Agreement with companies that process your data at our behest. BraunOni B.V. remains liable for these processing operations. BraunOni B.V. also provides your personal data to other third parties. We only do this with your express permission.
Cookies do not contain any personal data and therefore cannot be assigned to any user. Based on the cookie-technology we only received anonymised information, e.g. about the website that led you to our shop, which pages have been viewed on our website etc.

View, correct, or remove data

To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Social Security Number. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but at the latest within four weeks.
BraunOni B.V. would also like to point out that you have the opportunity to file a complaint with your national supervisory authority or the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
