Unlike other comments I read on the site, the battery took a little longer to get to me, but it works very good! My original Dell battery was dead, and this new battery performs better than the original one in the first few weeks. It realy gives me back all the benefits of owning a laptop!
Although delivery took some time due to the fact that the battery was sent back to Hongkong I am satisfied about BatteryUpgrade.com. I was informed about the delay and once the the mistake had been noticed I got the battery within a few days.
